Cena biometanu siln\u011b ovliv\u0148uje jeho konkurenceschopnost. Tento plyn se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed procesem anaerobn\u00ed fermentace organick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f. M\u016f\u017ee se jednat o rostlinn\u00e9 zbytky, kejdu, hn\u016fj, zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fd odpad, potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd odpad nebo \u010dist\u00edrensk\u00e9 kaly. Biometan je slibn\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed energi\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdznam trhu s biometanem neust\u00e1le roste. Zejm\u00e9na v zem\u00edch s p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdmi klimatick\u00fdmi c\u00edli a snahou o dekarbonizaci energetiky. Trh je poh\u00e1n\u011bn p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vl\u00e1dn\u00edmi podp\u016frn\u00fdmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi, jako jsou kv\u00f3ty na emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, ekologick\u00fdmi p\u0159edpisy a rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vkou po obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch energie. R\u016fzn\u00e9 technologie, jako je metanizace vod\u00edku v kombinaci s CO2 (power-to-gas), nab\u00edzej\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enosti, jak vyr\u00e1b\u011bt biometan efektivn\u011b a v souladu s popt\u00e1vkou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-einflusse-auf-den-biomethanpreis\">Vlivy na cenu biometanu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cena biometanu je siln\u011b ovlivn\u011bna politick\u00fdmi podm\u00ednkami. T\u011bmi mohou b\u00fdt kv\u00f3ty na emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie, a t\u00edm motivuj\u00ed investice do v\u00fdroby biometanu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S biometanem se v N\u011bmecku obchoduje prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9ho prodeje. Ten m\u016f\u017ee prob\u00edhat bu\u010f celost\u00e1tn\u011b jeho dod\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm do s\u00edt\u011b zemn\u00edho plynu, nebo lok\u00e1ln\u011b jeho p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm prodejem kone\u010dn\u00fdm spot\u0159ebitel\u016fm prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm jejich vlastn\u00edch \u010derpac\u00edch stanic. Atraktivita tohoto prodeje je do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry zalo\u017eena na obchodovan\u00fdch emisn\u00edch povolenk\u00e1ch. Ta vypl\u00fdvaj\u00ed z \u00faspory sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a mohou v\u00e9st k dodate\u010dn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjm\u016fm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceny biometanu odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed tuto dynamiku a mohou b\u00fdt ovlivn\u011bny dota\u010dn\u00ed politikou, da\u0148ov\u00fdmi \u00falevami a rozvojem infrastruktury. To z nich \u010din\u00ed volatiln\u00ed, ale strategicky d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd prvek v cenov\u00e9 struktu\u0159e energi\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V l\u00e9t\u011b 2018 se cena za palivovou kv\u00f3tu pohybovala kolem 150 eur za tunu ekvivalentu CO2. Na z\u00e1klad\u011b t\u00e9to hodnoty lze vypo\u010d\u00edtat dodate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem z prodeje palivov\u00fdch kv\u00f3t v d\u016fsledku sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f z biometanu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve stejn\u00e9m roce byly relevantn\u00ed t\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00e9 ceny CO2: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cena obchodov\u00e1n\u00ed s emisemi na burze EEX ve v\u00fd\u0161i 20 EUR za tunu ekvivalentu CO2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>v\u00fd\u0161e uvedenou cenu kv\u00f3ty na pohonn\u00e9 hmoty. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>pen\u00e1le ve v\u00fd\u0161i 470 eur za tunu ekvivalentu CO2 podle spolkov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona o kontrole emis\u00ed (BImSchG).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Z hlediska sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f se u biometanu rozli\u0161uj\u00ed t\u0159i t\u0159\u00eddy substr\u00e1t\u016f:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Biometan ze 100 odpad\u016f a zbytk\u016f %<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biometan ze 100 % zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00fdch hnojiv (kejda, hn\u016fj)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Biometan ze 100 % obnoviteln\u00fdch surovin (NawaRos)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Produkce se v roce 2018 m\u00edrn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ila. Poprv\u00e9 bylo do s\u00edt\u011b dod\u00e1no v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 terawatthodin biometanu. A to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee v\u00fdstavba nov\u00fdch v\u00fdkupn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 na n\u00edzk\u00e9 \u00farovni. Nadm\u011brn\u00e1 nab\u00eddka v d\u016fsledku v\u00fdstavby nov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed konstantn\u00edho prodeje vedla k poklesu cen. Krom\u011b toho klimatick\u00e9 zm\u011bny, jako bylo hork\u00e9 l\u00e9to 2018 a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 ne\u00farody, zv\u00fd\u0161ily n\u00e1klady na vstupn\u00ed suroviny a vedly k ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed produkci v roce 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-entwicklung-der-nachfrage-auf-dem-deutschen-biomethanmarkt\">V\u00fdvoj popt\u00e1vky na n\u011bmeck\u00e9m trhu s biometanem<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bmeck\u00fd trh s biometanem se vyzna\u010duje rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vkou a rostouc\u00edmi cenami bioplynu dod\u00e1van\u00e9ho do s\u00edt\u011b. Zaveden\u00ed sm\u011brnice o obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch energie II (RED II) a rostouc\u00ed z\u00e1jem o bio-LNG a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech o bio-CNG zv\u00fd\u0161ily popt\u00e1vku, a t\u00edm i ceny biometanu, zejm\u00e9na z hnoje a pokro\u010dil\u00fdch zbytk\u016f. Tyto zdroje jsou obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdhodn\u00e9 d\u00edky p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu profilu emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a mo\u017enosti dvoj\u00edho zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed v r\u00e1mci kv\u00f3t emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. Provozovatel\u016fm bioplynov\u00fdch stanic se tak otev\u00edraj\u00ed nov\u00e9 obchodn\u00ed perspektivy nad r\u00e1mec v\u00fdroby elekt\u0159iny v r\u00e1mci EEG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od ledna 2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.com\/cs\/nastroje\/ceny-za-vyvoj-biometanu\/\">Cena biometanu<\/a> z hnoje na z\u00e1klad\u011b hodnoty sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f -100 g CO2eq\/MJ dosa\u017eiteln\u00e9 prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm RED II. Cena ji\u017e zahrnuje mo\u017enost dvoj\u00edho zapo\u010dten\u00ed pokro\u010dil\u00e9ho biometanu. V z\u00e1vislosti na zdroji energie v\u0161ak n\u00e1klady od ledna do b\u0159ezna 2022 vzrostly a\u017e o 80 %. To vedlo ke zna\u010dn\u00e9mu zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f, kter\u00e9 obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b siln\u011b zas\u00e1hlo dom\u00e1cnosti s n\u00edzk\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edjmy. Nejistota na trz\u00edch a zmrazen\u00ed obchod\u016f s Ruskem ze strany mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch ropn\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed vedly k rekordn\u00edm cen\u00e1m energetick\u00fdch produkt\u016f. Rusk\u00e9 rop\u011b se lid\u00e9 vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed a sazby za p\u0159epravu prudce vzrostly. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b plynu je r\u016fst cen zp\u016fsoben vysokou popt\u00e1vkou a z\u00e1rove\u0148 nejist\u00fdmi dod\u00e1vkami z Ruska. Tyto obecn\u00e9 trendy v energetice se projevily i na trhu s biometanem. Nap\u0159\u00edklad ceny biometanu ze zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9ho hnoje dos\u00e1hly v \u0159\u00edjnu 2022 nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnoty 38 ct\/kWh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cenu biometanu vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9ho z pokro\u010dil\u00fdch zbytk\u016f ovliv\u0148uje prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed sm\u011brnice o obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch energie II (RED II). Tato sm\u011brnice stanovuje realistickou hodnotu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f (GHG value) ve v\u00fd\u0161i +10 gram\u016f ekvivalentu CO2 na megajoule (gr CO2eq\/MJ). Cena biometanu v \u0161estilet\u00e9 smlouv\u011b o dod\u00e1vk\u00e1ch se v lednu 2023 pohybovala kolem 15-16 ct\/kWh a v \u0159\u00edjnu 2023 vzrostla a\u017e na 20 ct\/kWh. Cena zahrnuje tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost dvoj\u00edho zapo\u010dten\u00ed pokro\u010dil\u00e9ho biometanu. Toto dvoj\u00ed zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje, aby se n\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy biometanu vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 ze zbytk\u016f zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1valy v r\u00e1mci RED II dvakr\u00e1t pro pln\u011bn\u00ed kv\u00f3t sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. T\u00edm se zvy\u0161uje hodnota biometanu v r\u00e1mci t\u011bchto smluv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preisentwicklung-von-nawaro-biomethan\">V\u00fdvoj ceny biometanu NawaRo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Biometan NawaRo, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v biometanov\u00fdch kogenera\u010dn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch (KVET), je\u017e dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed odm\u011bnu podle n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho z\u00e1kona o obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u00edch energie (EEG), vykazuje specifick\u00fd cenov\u00fd trend. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ceny se mohou li\u0161it v z\u00e1vislosti na p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch p\u0159edpisech EEG a mo\u017en\u00fdch bonusech. Historick\u00e9 \u00fadaje ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee cena biometanu z obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f \u010dinila v lednu 2022 12 cent\u016f za kilowatthodinu a do \u0159\u00edjna 2023 klesla na 10 cent\u016f za kilowatthodinu. B\u011bhem tohoto obdob\u00ed byl v\u00fdvoj ceny line\u00e1rn\u00ed s m\u00edrn\u011b klesaj\u00edc\u00ed tendenc\u00ed. V \u010dervnu a \u010dervenci 2023 a v prosinci 2023 do\u0161lo k cenov\u00fdm vrchol\u016fm a\u017e 13 cent\u016f za kilowatthodinu. Hnac\u00edm motorem byla popt\u00e1vka v sektoru paliv a 6procentn\u00ed r\u016fst objemu obchod\u016f, kter\u00e9mu p\u0159\u00e1ly rostouc\u00ed ceny zemn\u00edho plynu a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed zdroj\u016f dod\u00e1vek, nap\u0159\u00edklad z Polska, \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, Francie a \u0160pan\u011blska. Navzdory rostouc\u00edm mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm obchodn\u00edm aktivit\u00e1m je potenci\u00e1l tlumen nejednotn\u00fdmi po\u017eadavky na udr\u017eitelnost a administrativn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e\u00ed v r\u00e1mci EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odv\u011btv\u00ed za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 historicky nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 d\u00edky pozitivn\u00edmu v\u00fdvoji na trhu s palivy a teplem a tak\u00e9 d\u00edky rostouc\u00edm mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm obchodn\u00edm aktivit\u00e1m. O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed cen CO2 zvy\u0161uje konkurenceschopnost biometanu. Evropsk\u00fd trh by mohl i nad\u00e1le zaznamen\u00e1vat r\u016fst d\u00edky stabiln\u00edm trh\u016fm s biometanem a podp\u016frn\u00fdm opat\u0159en\u00edm, jako je RED III a bal\u00ed\u010dek REPowerEU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kv\u00f3ty sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f v N\u011bmecku, zaveden\u00e9 v roce 2015, budou postupn\u011b zvy\u0161ov\u00e1ny a\u017e na 25 % v roce 2030. Mezi lety 2015 a 2019 z\u016fstalo mno\u017estv\u00ed biometanu zahrnut\u00e9ho do kv\u00f3ty stabiln\u00ed, ale pot\u00e9 se v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ilo. V roce 2021 \u010dinilo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 1 000 GWh a pro rok 2022 se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-die-treibhausgasminderungsquote-in-deutschland-fur-erneuerbare-energien\">Kv\u00f3ty na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f pro obnoviteln\u00e9 zdroje energie v N\u011bmecku<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kv\u00f3ty na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f (GHG) v N\u011bmecku jsou pr\u00e1vn\u011b standardizovan\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem.  Plat\u00ed od roku 2015 a podporuje vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie v odv\u011btv\u00ed dopravy s c\u00edlem sn\u00ed\u017eit emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. <br>Tato kv\u00f3ta byla revidov\u00e1na 20. kv\u011btna 2021 a zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se z 6 % v roce 2021 na 25 % do roku 2030.
