Den f\u00f8rste tanke er at anskaffe sig en elbil. Men det kr\u00e6ver sj\u00e6ldne jordarter som dysprosium eller neodymium at fremstille batterierne. Andre grundstoffer som litium eller kobolt skal ogs\u00e5 bruges til at fremstille batterierne. Som regel er der mangel p\u00e5 disse grundstoffer, og de har ogs\u00e5 problematiske leverand\u00f8rer, s\u00e5som Kina, n\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder sj\u00e6ldne jordarter, eller Congo, n\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder kobolt.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.com\/da\/biomethan-attraktiver-treibstoff-fur-die-mobilitatswende\/\">(Dicks, 2020)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og hvad s\u00e5 nu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Findes der et alternativ, som b\u00e5de er milj\u00f8venligt og sparer tid, n\u00e5r der skal tankes?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svaret er et rungende JA! Br\u00e6ndstoffet hedder biometan. Hvad biometan helt pr\u00e6cist er, hvordan det produceres, og hvilke trin der er n\u00f8dvendige for at n\u00e5 frem til det f\u00e6rdige produkt, er forklaret i denne artikel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.com\/da\/biomethan-attraktiver-treibstoff-fur-die-mobilitatswende\/\">Dicks, H. Biometan - et attraktivt br\u00e6ndstof til mobilitetsomstillingen.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-schritt-nr-1-anbaubetrieb-entstehungsbetrieb-von-biomethan\"><strong>Trin nr. 1: Dyrkning\/produktion af biomethan p\u00e5 g\u00e5rd<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ursprung-des-biomethans\"><strong>Oprindelse af biomethan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Det rejser sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5let: Hvordan omdanner vi husdyrg\u00f8dning og fornyelige r\u00e5materialer til milj\u00f8venligt br\u00e6ndstof?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f8rst og fremmest indsamles restprodukter, NaWaRo'er, gylle\/g\u00f8dning og affaldsmaterialer fra landbrugsbedrifter og producerende landbrugsbedrifter af indsamlere, som for det meste er forhandlere eller leverand\u00f8rer, og derefter transporteres de til biogasanl\u00e6gget. Under metandannelsen nedbryder mikroorganismer organisk materiale i et iltfrit (anaerobt) milj\u00f8 og frigiver biogas. Dette er en vanddampm\u00e6ttet gasblanding, som hovedsageligt best\u00e5r af metan (CH4) og kuldioxid (CO2). Andre komponenter ud over vanddamp er sporgasser som nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, hydrogensulfid og ammoniak. I biogas- og spildevandsgasanl\u00e6g anvendes disse anaerobe fermenteringsprocesser teknisk, og der produceres biogas, der kan bruges til energi, med den h\u00f8jest mulige effektivitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grob kan forklare biogasanl\u00e6ggets procestrin i fire trin:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hydrolyse: I det f\u00f8rste trin af metandannelsen nedbryder is\u00e6r aerobe bakterier komplekse organiske stoffer som proteiner, kulhydrater eller fedtstoffer til individuelle molekyler ved hj\u00e6lp af enzymer. Disse produkter omfatter aminosyrer, fedtsyrer eller sukkerarter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acidogenese: Umiddelbart efter overtager syredannende, fakultativt anaerobe bakterier den videre nedbrydning i forsuringsfasen, prim\u00e6rt til brint, kuldioxid, fedtsyrer og alkoholer. I tilf\u00e6lde af olie- og fedtholdige substrater produceres der ogs\u00e5 H2S og NH3 i denne fase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acetogenese: Produkterne fra acidogenese nedbrydes yderligere i acetogenese af eddikesyredannende bakterier. Det sker i biogasopgraderingsanl\u00e6ggene. Workshop_THG_Balancing_V.0.1.12.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der anvendes forskellige processer til behandling, f.eks. aminskrubning, tryksvingadsorption eller tryksat vandskrubning (DWW):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aminwasche\">Aminvask<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I tilf\u00e6lde af aminskrubning som en kemisk absorptionsproces svarer rensningen til den ved trykvandskrubning. Her str\u00f8mmer biogassen gennem en amin-vandopl\u00f8sning i modstr\u00f8m under let forh\u00f8jet tryk, hvorved CO2 reagerer med vaskeopl\u00f8sningen og passerer ind i den. Aminopl\u00f8sningen opn\u00e5r en h\u00f8jere belastning end vand, hvilket reducerer m\u00e6ngden af vaskemiddel, der skal cirkuleres. Udst\u00f8dningsluften indeholder kun sm\u00e5 m\u00e6ngder metan, s\u00e5 det er normalt ikke n\u00f8dvendigt at rense den magre gas. Fin afsvovling anbefales for at opretholde vaskekapaciteten p\u00e5 lang sigt. Aminskrubning er meget energikr\u00e6vende, da der kr\u00e6ves store m\u00e6ngder procesvarme til regenerering af aminopl\u00f8sningen.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Produktentwicklung\/Freigegebene%20Dokumente\/General\/Biomethan\/Biomethanproduktion\/Handreichung_Biomethan.pdf?CT=1656927884984&amp;OR=ItemsView\">(Braune, Naumann, Postel, &amp; Postel, 2015)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-druckwasserwasche\"><strong>H\u00f8jtryksrensning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>DWW-processen udnytter den forskellige opl\u00f8selighed af metan og kuldioxid i vand ved varierende tryk. Den tidligere komprimerede biogas str\u00f8mmer gennem absorptionskolonnen fra bund til top. Denne er normalt udformet som en trickle bed-reaktor, hvor vandet passerer gennem gassen i modstr\u00f8m. P\u00e5 denne m\u00e5de kan basiske og sure komponenter i biogassen, is\u00e6r kuldioxid og hydrogensulfid, opl\u00f8ses, og eventuelt st\u00f8v og mikroorganismer kan udskilles. Den rensede gas forlader kolonnen med en renhed p\u00e5 90 til 99 vol.% metan. Ud over CO2 indeholder udst\u00f8dningsluften ca. 1 vol.% metan, som skal udskilles via en mager gasbehandling. Sammenlignet med andre processer til CO2-separation er elforbruget h\u00f8jt p\u00e5 grund af cirkulationen af skrubbevandet og den n\u00f8dvendige biogaskompression. En forudg\u00e5ende t\u00f8rring af gassen er ikke n\u00f8dvendig.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Produktentwicklung\/Freigegebene%20Dokumente\/General\/Biomethan\/Biomethanproduktion\/Handreichung_Biomethan.pdf?CT=1656927884984&amp;OR=ItemsView\">(Braune, Naumann, Postel, &amp; Postel, 2015)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-druckwechseladsorption\"><strong>Tryk-sving-adsorption<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved tryksvingadsorption (DWA) adskilles gasblandinger ved adsorption p\u00e5 aktivt kul, molekyl\u00e6re sigter eller kulstofmolekyl\u00e6re sigter. F\u00f8r DWA er det n\u00f8dvendigt med t\u00f8rring, finafsvovling og komprimering af biogassen. Den afk\u00f8lede, dehydrerede gas str\u00f8mmer derefter gennem adsorbenten (molekyl\u00e6r sigte eller aktivt kul), som CO2'en adsorberes p\u00e5. Den metanrige produktgas ekspanderes derefter og ledes til en anden kolonne, hvor adsorptionen gentages med indf\u00f8ring af omgivende luft. Regenerering af adsorbenten sker ved at s\u00e6nke trykket ved hj\u00e6lp af en vakuumpumpe. Den ekstraherede CO2-rige gas indeholder stadig metan og skal derfor f\u00f8res til en efterbehandling af mager gas.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Produktentwicklung\/Freigegebene%20Dokumente\/General\/Biomethan\/Biomethanproduktion\/Handreichung_Biomethan.pdf?CT=1656927884984&amp;OR=ItemsView\">(Braune, Naumann, Postel, &amp; Postel, 2015)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-voraussetzungen-fur-die-biomethaneinspeisung\"><strong>Krav til indspr\u00f8jtning af biometan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Men den biometan, der nu er blevet renset ved hj\u00e6lp af processerne, skal opfylde forskellige krav, f\u00f8r den kan sendes ind i naturgasnettet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Energiindhold: Kravene til energiindhold er defineret via Wobbe-indekset, som bruges til at karakterisere kvaliteten af br\u00e6ndgasser ved kontrolleret forbr\u00e6nding. Det skal v\u00e6re mellem 11-13 kWh\/m3 for L-gas og mellem 13,6-15,7 kWh\/m3 for H-gas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indhold af hydrogensulfid: Indholdet af hydrogensulfid (H2S) skal reduceres til 5 mg\/m3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relativ densitet: Gasdensiteten skal v\u00e6re mellem 0,55-0,75 kg\/m3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Teoretisk set kan alle biogasanl\u00e6g levere deres biometan produceret af biogas til naturgasnettet. I praksis skal opf\u00f8relsen af indf\u00f8dningsanl\u00e6gget og r\u00f8rledningerne til gasnettet kontrolleres af den respektive netoperat\u00f8r. Da omkostningerne til opf\u00f8relse af feed-in-anl\u00e6g og r\u00f8rledninger skal b\u00e6res af de solgte gasm\u00e6ngder, giver feed-in normalt kun mening for dem, der er placeret t\u00e6t p\u00e5 naturgasnettet. For indf\u00f8dning af biometan i naturgasnettet og dets anvendelse som br\u00e6ndstof definerer retningslinjer i henhold til DVGW samt DIN tilsvarende n\u00f8gletal. F\u00f8r biometan kan f\u00f8des ind i naturgasnettet, skal det derfor bringes op p\u00e5 den naturgaskvalitet, der kr\u00e6ves p\u00e5 det p\u00e5g\u00e6ldende sted. Workshop_THG_Bilanzierung_V.0.1.12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wofur-genau-kann-biomethan-nun-verwendet-werden\"><strong>Hvad kan biometan helt pr\u00e6cist bruges til?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Som beskrevet i begyndelsen kan biometan bruges til transport. Selv hvis bilverdenen bliver mere elektrisk: Naturgas eller CNG er og bliver et mere milj\u00f8venligt alternativ til benzin og diesel. Udvalget af bilmodeller er dog begr\u00e6nset (nye biler med CNG\/naturgasudstyr \"fra fabrikken\": Audi, Fiat, Seat, Skoda, VW), og netv\u00e6rket af tankstationer kan udvides (figur 4). Ligesom r\u00e5olie og kul er naturgas et br\u00e6ndbart organisk r\u00e5materiale. Det best\u00e5r af ca. 85% metan. Der findes komprimeret naturgas (CNG) og flydende naturgas (LNG). Sidstn\u00e6vnte er flydende ved minus 164 grader Celsius og bruges kun i erhvervsk\u00f8ret\u00f8jer. Det mest almindelige br\u00e6ndstof til personbiler er gasformig CNG. Biogas bruges ogs\u00e5 i stigende grad p\u00e5 tankstationer. Den opbevares i k\u00f8ret\u00f8jet i tanke med et driftstryk p\u00e5 200 bar. I Tyskland er der ca. 820 tankstationer, hvor CNG er tilg\u00e6ngelig. Biogas er en s\u00e6rlig milj\u00f8venlig variant. Ved at \u00f8ge metanindholdet kan den bringes op p\u00e5 et kvalitetsniveau med naturgas. En s\u00e5dan biometan er uden begr\u00e6nsninger egnet som br\u00e6ndstof til naturgask\u00f8ret\u00f8jer.
