Working student as Customer Success Manager (all genders) in the field of renewable energies
agriportance GmbH is a young, innovative and sustainable company and the service platform for biomethane with a focus on bio-LNG and LCO2. We support the necessary sustainability certification and broker biomethane and LCO2 from agricultural companies and customers from the energy sector.
Our number of new customers is increasing almost daily in Germany and Europe as a whole. This growth enables us to offer agriportance From startup to scaleup to develop. This means we will grow from 22 to 30 employees in the spring. All that's missing now is You!

- You are responsible for customer support
- You support the preparation of greenhouse gas and mass balances
- You support our customers with the internal agriportance software
- You increase the satisfaction of our customers
- You conduct research on the topics of energy law, sustainability certifications and energy markets
- You are studying in the field of agricultural sciences, STEM or business administration
- You are interested in customer contact
- You already have experience in biogas, agriculture or the energy industry or are ready to acquire new knowledge quickly
- You have good and routine PC skills and Office 365 knowledge, esp. Excel
- You enjoy working in a team and have a structured and responsible way of working
- Business fluent language skills in German and English
- Experience in the field of sales
- Additional language skills especially Spanish, Portuguese, French or Polish
- Experience with project management software such as Jira and CRM systems such as Hubspot
