O primeiro pensamento sugere a compra de um carro el\u00e9trico. No entanto, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias terras raras, como o dispr\u00f3sio ou o neod\u00edmio, para produzir as baterias. Outros elementos, como o l\u00edtio ou o cobalto, tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam de ser utilizados para produzir as baterias. Regra geral, estes elementos s\u00e3o escassos e t\u00eam fornecedores problem\u00e1ticos, como a China para as terras raras ou o Congo para o cobalto.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.com\/pt\/biomethan-attraktiver-treibstoff-fur-die-mobilitatswende\/\">(Dicks, 2020)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E agora?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existe uma alternativa que seja simultaneamente amiga do ambiente e poupe tempo no reabastecimento?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A resposta \u00e9 um retumbante SIM! O combust\u00edvel chama-se biometano. O que \u00e9 exatamente o biometano, como \u00e9 produzido e quais os passos necess\u00e1rios para chegar ao produto final s\u00e3o explicados neste artigo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.com\/pt\/biomethan-attraktiver-treibstoff-fur-die-mobilitatswende\/\">Dicks, H. Biometano - combust\u00edvel atrativo para a transi\u00e7\u00e3o da mobilidade.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-schritt-nr-1-anbaubetrieb-entstehungsbetrieb-von-biomethan\"><strong>Etapa n.\u00ba 1: Cultivo\/explora\u00e7\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de biometano<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ursprung-des-biomethans\"><strong>Origem do biometano<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Isto levanta a quest\u00e3o: Como podemos transformar o estrume agr\u00edcola e as mat\u00e9rias-primas renov\u00e1veis em combust\u00edvel amigo do ambiente?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em primeiro lugar, os res\u00edduos, os NaWaRo's, o chorume\/estrume e os materiais residuais das explora\u00e7\u00f5es agr\u00edcolas de origem e das explora\u00e7\u00f5es produtoras s\u00e3o recolhidos por colectores, que s\u00e3o na sua maioria comerciantes ou fornecedores, e depois transportados para a unidade de biog\u00e1s. Durante a forma\u00e7\u00e3o do metano, os microrganismos decomp\u00f5em a mat\u00e9ria org\u00e2nica num ambiente sem oxig\u00e9nio (anaer\u00f3bico), libertando biog\u00e1s. Este \u00e9 uma mistura gasosa saturada de vapor de \u00e1gua, que consiste essencialmente em metano (CH4) e di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO2). Outros componentes, para al\u00e9m do vapor de \u00e1gua, s\u00e3o gases vestigiais como o azoto, o oxig\u00e9nio, o hidrog\u00e9nio, o sulfureto de hidrog\u00e9nio e o amon\u00edaco. Nas centrais de biog\u00e1s e de g\u00e1s de esgoto, estes processos de fermenta\u00e7\u00e3o anaer\u00f3bica s\u00e3o tecnicamente aplicados e o biog\u00e1s que pode ser utilizado para energia \u00e9 produzido com a maior efici\u00eancia poss\u00edvel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grob pode explicar as etapas do processo da unidade de biog\u00e1s em quatro passos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hidr\u00f3lise: Na primeira etapa da forma\u00e7\u00e3o de metano, as bact\u00e9rias aer\u00f3bias, em particular, decomp\u00f5em subst\u00e2ncias org\u00e2nicas complexas, como prote\u00ednas, hidratos de carbono ou gorduras, em mol\u00e9culas individuais com a ajuda de enzimas. Estes produtos incluem amino\u00e1cidos, \u00e1cidos gordos ou a\u00e7\u00facares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acidog\u00e9nese: Imediatamente a seguir, as bact\u00e9rias anaer\u00f3bias facultativas formadoras de \u00e1cido assumem a continua\u00e7\u00e3o da degrada\u00e7\u00e3o na fase de acidifica\u00e7\u00e3o, principalmente em hidrog\u00e9nio, di\u00f3xido de carbono, \u00e1cidos gordos e \u00e1lcoois. No caso de substratos ricos em \u00f3leos e gorduras, s\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m produzidos nesta fase H2S e NH3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acetog\u00e9nese: Os produtos da acidog\u00e9nese s\u00e3o posteriormente degradados na acetog\u00e9nese por bact\u00e9rias formadoras de \u00e1cido ac\u00e9tico. Isto acontece nas unidades de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do biog\u00e1s. Workshop_THG_Balancing_V.0.1.12.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e3o utilizados v\u00e1rios processos de tratamento, como a depura\u00e7\u00e3o com aminas, a adsor\u00e7\u00e3o por oscila\u00e7\u00e3o de press\u00e3o ou a depura\u00e7\u00e3o com \u00e1gua pressurizada (DWW):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aminwasche\">Lavagem com aminas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No caso da depura\u00e7\u00e3o com aminas como processo de absor\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica, a purifica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 semelhante \u00e0 da depura\u00e7\u00e3o com \u00e1gua pressurizada. Neste caso, o biog\u00e1s flui atrav\u00e9s de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de amina-\u00e1gua em contra-fluxo sob uma press\u00e3o ligeiramente aumentada, atrav\u00e9s da qual o CO2 reage com a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de lavagem e passa para a mesma. A solu\u00e7\u00e3o de amina atinge uma carga mais elevada do que a \u00e1gua, o que reduz a quantidade de agente de lavagem que tem de ser circulada. O ar de exaust\u00e3o cont\u00e9m apenas pequenas quantidades de metano, pelo que, normalmente, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a limpeza de gases pobres. Recomenda-se uma dessulfura\u00e7\u00e3o fina para manter a capacidade do desempenho de lavagem a longo prazo. A lavagem com aminas consome muita energia, uma vez que s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias grandes quantidades de calor de processo para a regenera\u00e7\u00e3o da solu\u00e7\u00e3o de aminas.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Produktentwicklung\/Freigegebene%20Dokumente\/General\/Biomethan\/Biomethanproduktion\/Handreichung_Biomethan.pdf?CT=1656927884984&amp;OR=ItemsView\">(Braune, Naumann, Postel, &amp; Postel, 2015)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-druckwasserwasche\"><strong>Lavagem sob press\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>O processo DWW utiliza a diferente solubilidade do metano e do di\u00f3xido de carbono na \u00e1gua a press\u00f5es vari\u00e1veis. O biog\u00e1s previamente comprimido flui atrav\u00e9s da coluna de absor\u00e7\u00e3o de baixo para cima. Esta \u00e9 normalmente concebida como um reator de leito gota a gota, no qual a \u00e1gua passa atrav\u00e9s do g\u00e1s em contra-fluxo. Desta forma, os componentes b\u00e1sicos e \u00e1cidos do biog\u00e1s, especialmente o di\u00f3xido de carbono e o sulfureto de hidrog\u00e9nio, podem ser dissolvidos e quaisquer poeiras e microorganismos podem ser separados. O g\u00e1s purificado deixa a coluna com uma pureza de 90 a 99 vol.% de metano. Para al\u00e9m do CO2, o ar de exaust\u00e3o cont\u00e9m cerca de 1 vol.% de metano, que tem de ser separado atrav\u00e9s de um tratamento de g\u00e1s pobre. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com outros processos de separa\u00e7\u00e3o de CO2, a necessidade de eletricidade \u00e9 elevada devido \u00e0 circula\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1gua de depura\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 necess\u00e1ria compress\u00e3o do biog\u00e1s. A secagem preliminar do g\u00e1s n\u00e3o \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Produktentwicklung\/Freigegebene%20Dokumente\/General\/Biomethan\/Biomethanproduktion\/Handreichung_Biomethan.pdf?CT=1656927884984&amp;OR=ItemsView\">(Braune, Naumann, Postel, &amp; Postel, 2015)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-druckwechseladsorption\"><strong>Adsor\u00e7\u00e3o por oscila\u00e7\u00e3o de press\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Na adsor\u00e7\u00e3o por oscila\u00e7\u00e3o de press\u00e3o (DWA), as misturas gasosas s\u00e3o separadas por adsor\u00e7\u00e3o em carv\u00f5es activados, peneiras moleculares ou peneiras moleculares de carbono. Antes da DWA, \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria a secagem, a dessulfura\u00e7\u00e3o fina e a compress\u00e3o do biog\u00e1s. O g\u00e1s arrefecido e desidratado passa ent\u00e3o pelo adsorvente (peneira molecular ou carv\u00e3o ativado), no qual o CO2 \u00e9 adsorvido. O produto gasoso rico em metano \u00e9 ent\u00e3o expandido e encaminhado para uma segunda coluna onde a adsor\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 repetida com a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de ar ambiente. A regenera\u00e7\u00e3o do adsorvente \u00e9 efectuada atrav\u00e9s da redu\u00e7\u00e3o da press\u00e3o com a ajuda de uma bomba de v\u00e1cuo. O g\u00e1s extra\u00eddo, rico em CO2, ainda cont\u00e9m metano e deve, portanto, ser conduzido a um p\u00f3s-tratamento de g\u00e1s pobre.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Produktentwicklung\/Freigegebene%20Dokumente\/General\/Biomethan\/Biomethanproduktion\/Handreichung_Biomethan.pdf?CT=1656927884984&amp;OR=ItemsView\">(Braune, Naumann, Postel, &amp; Postel, 2015)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-voraussetzungen-fur-die-biomethaneinspeisung\"><strong>Requisitos para a inje\u00e7\u00e3o de biometano<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No entanto, o biometano, agora purificado pelos processos, tem de cumprir v\u00e1rios requisitos antes de poder ser introduzido na rede de g\u00e1s natural:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teor energ\u00e9tico: As exig\u00eancias em termos de teor energ\u00e9tico s\u00e3o definidas atrav\u00e9s do \u00edndice de Wobbe, que \u00e9 utilizado para caraterizar a qualidade dos gases combust\u00edveis atrav\u00e9s da combust\u00e3o controlada. Este deve situar-se entre 11-13 kWh\/m3 para o g\u00e1s L e entre 13,6-15,7 kWh\/m3 para o g\u00e1s H.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teor de sulfureto de hidrog\u00e9nio: O teor de sulfureto de hidrog\u00e9nio (H2S) deve ser reduzido para 5 mg\/m3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Densidade relativa: A densidade do g\u00e1s deve estar compreendida entre 0,55-0,75 kg\/m3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Teoricamente, cada unidade de biog\u00e1s pode alimentar a rede de g\u00e1s natural com o biometano produzido a partir do biog\u00e1s. Na pr\u00e1tica, a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da instala\u00e7\u00e3o de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e dos gasodutos para a rede de g\u00e1s deve ser verificada pelo respetivo operador da rede. Uma vez que os custos de constru\u00e7\u00e3o das instala\u00e7\u00f5es de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e dos gasodutos t\u00eam de ser suportados pelos volumes de g\u00e1s vendidos, a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o normalmente s\u00f3 faz sentido para os que est\u00e3o localizados perto da rede de g\u00e1s natural. Para a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de biometano na rede de g\u00e1s natural e a sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o como combust\u00edvel, as directrizes de acordo com a DVGW e a DIN definem os valores-chave correspondentes. Portanto, antes que o biometano possa ser alimentado na rede de g\u00e1s natural, ele deve ser levado \u00e0 qualidade de g\u00e1s natural exigida no respetivo local. Workshop_THG_Bilanzierung_V.0.1.12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wofur-genau-kann-biomethan-nun-verwendet-werden\"><strong>Para que pode exatamente ser utilizado o biometano?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Como descrito no in\u00edcio, o biometano pode ser utilizado nos transportes. Mesmo que o mundo autom\u00f3vel se torne mais el\u00e9trico: O g\u00e1s natural ou GNC \u00e9 e continua a ser uma alternativa mais ecol\u00f3gica \u00e0 gasolina e ao gas\u00f3leo. No entanto, a escolha de modelos de ve\u00edculos \u00e9 limitada (carros novos com equipamento de GNC\/g\u00e1s natural \"ex works\": Audi, Fiat, Seat, Skoda, VW) e a rede de esta\u00e7\u00f5es de abastecimento \u00e9 expans\u00edvel (Figura 4). Tal como o petr\u00f3leo bruto e o carv\u00e3o, o g\u00e1s natural \u00e9 uma mat\u00e9ria-prima org\u00e2nica combust\u00edvel. \u00c9 constitu\u00eddo por cerca de 85% de metano. O g\u00e1s natural comprimido (GNC) e o g\u00e1s natural liquefeito (GNL) est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis. Este \u00faltimo \u00e9 liquefeito a 164 graus Celsius negativos e s\u00f3 \u00e9 utilizado em ve\u00edculos comerciais. O combust\u00edvel mais comum para os ve\u00edculos de passageiros \u00e9 o GNC gasoso. O biog\u00e1s tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 a ser cada vez mais utilizado nas esta\u00e7\u00f5es de servi\u00e7o. \u00c9 armazenado no ve\u00edculo em dep\u00f3sitos com uma press\u00e3o de funcionamento de 200 bar.
