Exempel p\u00e5 detta \u00e4r avfall fr\u00e5n livsmedelsindustrin, dryckesindustrin samt pappers- och massaindustrin.<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><strong>Avloppsvattenslam:<\/strong> Avloppsslam, som \u00e4r en biprodukt vid rening av avloppsvatten, kan ocks\u00e5 anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r produktion av biometan. Genom att anv\u00e4nda avloppsslam i biogasanl\u00e4ggningar kan man inte bara producera biometan, utan avloppsslammet kan ocks\u00e5 tas om hand samtidigt som man f\u00e5ngar upp den metangas som annars skulle ha l\u00e4ckt ut i atmosf\u00e4ren.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Det finns andra potentiella substrat f\u00f6r produktion av biometan, och valet beror p\u00e5 tillg\u00e4nglighet, lokala f\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden och teknisk kapacitet. De naturliga mikroorganismerna i avfallet bryter ned de organiska materialen och producerar metangas i processen. Dessutom h\u00e5lls inneh\u00e5llet i fermentorn i r\u00f6relse f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla en j\u00e4mn f\u00f6rdelning av mikroorganismer och n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen. Under j\u00e4sningsprocessen bryter mikroorganismerna ner biomassan och omvandlar den till biogas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Biogasen best\u00e5r huvudsakligen av metan (50-75%), koldioxid (25-50%) och sp\u00e5r av andra gaser som kv\u00e4ve, v\u00e4te och svavelv\u00e4te. J\u00e4sningsprocessen kan ta flera veckor till m\u00e5nader, beroende p\u00e5 typen av biomassa och f\u00f6rh\u00e5llandena i j\u00e4skaret.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-text-headline e162-e27 m4i-e m4i-f m4i-j m4i-l m4i-m\"><div class=\"x-text-content\"><div class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h3 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\">F\u00f6rberedelse och reng\u00f6ring<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e162-e28 m4i-x m4i-y m4i-z m4i-10\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Efter anaerob j\u00e4sning inneh\u00e5ller den gas som produceras metan samt andra f\u00f6roreningar som koldioxid, vatten och svavelf\u00f6reningar. F\u00f6r att biometanet ska kunna anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r olika \u00e4ndam\u00e5l m\u00e5ste det renas och befrias fr\u00e5n dessa f\u00f6roreningar. Denna process kallas f\u00f6r rening och omfattar steg som avfuktning och avsvavling.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Koldioxiden (CO2) avl\u00e4gsnas sedan fr\u00e5n biogasen f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka metanhalten. Detta kan uppn\u00e5s med olika metoder, t.ex. tryckv\u00e4xlingsadsorption, vattenskrubbering eller membranseparation.<\/p><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-text-headline e162-e29 m4i-e m4i-f m4i-j m4i-l m4i-m\"><div class=\"x-text-content\"><div class=\"x-text-content-text\"><h3 class=\"x-text-content-text-primary\">Inmatning och anv\u00e4ndning<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"x-text x-content e162-e30 m4i-x m4i-y m4i-z m4i-10\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Den renade biometanen kan transporteras i befintliga naturgasledningar och anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att generera el, v\u00e4rme eller som br\u00e4nsle. Genom anaerob nedbrytning och behandling omvandlas avfallet till en f\u00f6rnybar gas som kan anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r olika \u00e4ndam\u00e5l. Genom att anv\u00e4nda biometan kan vi minska v\u00e5rt beroende av fossila br\u00e4nslen och bidra positivt till att minska utsl\u00e4ppen av v\u00e4xthusgaser.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r de grundl\u00e4ggande stegen i produktionen av biometan.
