Den f\u00f6rsta tanken \u00e4r att skaffa en elbil. Men f\u00f6r att tillverka batterier beh\u00f6vs s\u00e4llsynta jordartsmetaller som dysprosium eller neodym. Andra grund\u00e4mnen som litium eller kobolt m\u00e5ste ocks\u00e5 anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r att tillverka batterierna. Dessa grund\u00e4mnen \u00e4r i regel bristvaror och har dessutom problematiska leverant\u00f6rer, t.ex. Kina f\u00f6r s\u00e4llsynta jordartsmetaller eller Kongo f\u00f6r kobolt.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.com\/sv\/biomethan-attraktiver-treibstoff-fur-die-mobilitatswende\/\">(Dicks, 2020)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 vad h\u00e4nder nu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finns det ett alternativ som b\u00e5de \u00e4r milj\u00f6v\u00e4nligt och sparar tid vid tankning?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Svaret \u00e4r ett rungande JA! Br\u00e4nslet kallas biometan. Vad exakt biometan \u00e4r, hur det produceras och vilka steg som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att komma till den f\u00e4rdiga produkten f\u00f6rklaras i den h\u00e4r artikeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.com\/sv\/biomethan-attraktiver-treibstoff-fur-die-mobilitatswende\/\">Dicks, H. Biometan - attraktivt br\u00e4nsle f\u00f6r omst\u00e4llningen av mobiliteten.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-schritt-nr-1-anbaubetrieb-entstehungsbetrieb-von-biomethan\"><strong>Steg nr.1: Odling\/produktion av biometan p\u00e5 g\u00e5rd<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ursprung-des-biomethans\"><strong>Ursprung f\u00f6r biometan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Detta v\u00e4cker fr\u00e5gan: Hur f\u00f6rvandlar vi g\u00f6dsel och f\u00f6rnybara r\u00e5varor till milj\u00f6v\u00e4nligt br\u00e4nsle?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst samlas restprodukter, NaWaRo, slam\/g\u00f6dsel och avfallsmaterial fr\u00e5n jordbruksf\u00f6retag och producentf\u00f6retag in av insamlare, som oftast \u00e4r handlare eller leverant\u00f6rer, och transporteras sedan till biogasanl\u00e4ggningen. Vid metanbildning bryter mikroorganismer ner organiskt material i en syrefri (anaerob) milj\u00f6 och frig\u00f6r biogas. Detta \u00e4r en vatten\u00e5ngm\u00e4ttad gasblandning, som i huvudsak best\u00e5r av metan (CH4) och koldioxid (CO2). Andra komponenter f\u00f6rutom vatten\u00e5nga \u00e4r sp\u00e5rgaser som kv\u00e4ve, syre, v\u00e4te, svavelv\u00e4te och ammoniak. I biogas- och avloppsgasanl\u00e4ggningar till\u00e4mpas dessa anaeroba j\u00e4sningsprocesser tekniskt och biogas som kan anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r energi produceras med h\u00f6gsta m\u00f6jliga effektivitet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grob kan f\u00f6rklara biogasanl\u00e4ggningens processteg i fyra steg:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hydrolys: I det f\u00f6rsta steget av metanbildningen bryter framf\u00f6r allt aeroba bakterier ner komplexa organiska \u00e4mnen som proteiner, kolhydrater eller fetter till enskilda molekyler med hj\u00e4lp av enzymer. Dessa produkter inkluderar aminosyror, fettsyror eller sockerarter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acidogenes: Direkt efter\u00e5t tar syrabildande, fakultativt anaeroba bakterier \u00f6ver den fortsatta nedbrytningen i f\u00f6rsurningsfasen, fr\u00e4mst till v\u00e4te, koldioxid, fettsyror och alkoholer. Detta sker i uppgraderingsanl\u00e4ggningarna f\u00f6r biogas. Workshop_THG_Balancing_V.0.1.12.)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olika processer anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r behandling, t.ex. aminskrubbering, adsorption med trycksv\u00e4ngning eller tryckvattenskrubbering (DWW):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-aminwasche\">Tv\u00e4ttning med amin<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller aminskrubbning som en kemisk absorptionsprocess liknar reningen den som sker vid tryckvattenskrubbning. H\u00e4r str\u00f6mmar biogasen genom en amin-vattenl\u00f6sning i motstr\u00f6m under n\u00e5got \u00f6kat tryck, varvid CO2 reagerar med tv\u00e4ttl\u00f6sningen och passerar in i den. Aminl\u00f6sningen uppn\u00e5r en h\u00f6gre belastning \u00e4n vatten, vilket minskar m\u00e4ngden tv\u00e4ttmedel som m\u00e5ste cirkuleras. Fr\u00e5nluften inneh\u00e5ller endast sm\u00e5 m\u00e4ngder metan, s\u00e5 vanligtvis kr\u00e4vs ingen rening av magra gaser. Finavsvavling rekommenderas f\u00f6r att bibeh\u00e5lla tv\u00e4ttkapaciteten p\u00e5 l\u00e5ng sikt. Aminskrubbning \u00e4r mycket energikr\u00e4vande, eftersom stora m\u00e4ngder processv\u00e4rme kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r regenerering av aminl\u00f6sningen.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Produktentwicklung\/Freigegebene%20Dokumente\/General\/Biomethan\/Biomethanproduktion\/Handreichung_Biomethan.pdf?CT=1656927884984&amp;OR=ItemsView\">(Braune, Naumann, Postel, &amp; Postel, 2015)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-druckwasserwasche\"><strong>H\u00f6gtryckstv\u00e4tt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I DWW-processen utnyttjas metanets och koldioxidens olika l\u00f6slighet i vatten vid varierande tryck. Den tidigare komprimerade biogasen str\u00f6mmar genom absorptionskolonnen fr\u00e5n botten till toppen. Denna \u00e4r vanligtvis utformad som en trickle bed-reaktor d\u00e4r vatten passerar genom gasen i motstr\u00f6m. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt kan basiska och sura komponenter i biogasen, s\u00e4rskilt koldioxid och svavelv\u00e4te, l\u00f6sas upp och damm och mikroorganismer avskiljas. Den renade gasen l\u00e4mnar kolonnen med en renhet p\u00e5 90 till 99 vol.% metan. F\u00f6rutom CO2 inneh\u00e5ller fr\u00e5nluften ca 1 vol.% metan, som m\u00e5ste avskiljas via en behandling av mager gas. J\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med andra processer f\u00f6r CO2-avskiljning \u00e4r elbehovet h\u00f6gt p\u00e5 grund av cirkulationen av skrubbervattnet och den n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga biogaskomprimeringen. Prelimin\u00e4r torkning av gasen \u00e4r inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Produktentwicklung\/Freigegebene%20Dokumente\/General\/Biomethan\/Biomethanproduktion\/Handreichung_Biomethan.pdf?CT=1656927884984&amp;OR=ItemsView\">(Braune, Naumann, Postel, &amp; Postel, 2015)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-druckwechseladsorption\"><strong>Adsorption med trycksv\u00e4ngning<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vid trycksv\u00e4ngningsadsorption (DWA) separeras gasblandningar genom adsorption p\u00e5 aktivt kol, molekylsiktar eller kolmolekylsiktar. F\u00f6re DWA kr\u00e4vs torkning, finavsvavling och komprimering av biogasen. Den kylda, dehydratiserade gasen str\u00f6mmar sedan genom adsorbenten (molekylsikt eller aktivt kol), p\u00e5 vilken CO2 adsorberas. Den metanrika produktgasen expanderas sedan och leds till en andra kolonn d\u00e4r adsorptionen upprepas med tillf\u00f6rsel av omgivande luft. Regenereringen av adsorbenten sker genom att trycket s\u00e4nks med hj\u00e4lp av en vakuumpump. Den extraherade CO2-rika gasen inneh\u00e5ller fortfarande metan och m\u00e5ste d\u00e4rf\u00f6r ledas till en efterbehandling av mager gas.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/agriportance.sharepoint.com\/sites\/Produktentwicklung\/Freigegebene%20Dokumente\/General\/Biomethan\/Biomethanproduktion\/Handreichung_Biomethan.pdf?CT=1656927884984&amp;OR=ItemsView\">(Braune, Naumann, Postel, &amp; Postel, 2015)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-voraussetzungen-fur-die-biomethaneinspeisung\"><strong>Krav f\u00f6r injektion av biometan<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det biometan som nu har renats genom processerna m\u00e5ste dock uppfylla olika krav innan det kan matas in i naturgasn\u00e4tet:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Energiinneh\u00e5ll: Kraven p\u00e5 energiinneh\u00e5ll definieras via Wobbe-index, som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att karakterisera kvaliteten p\u00e5 br\u00e4nslegaser genom kontrollerad f\u00f6rbr\u00e4nning. Detta m\u00e5ste vara mellan 11-13 kWh\/m3 f\u00f6r L-gas och mellan 13,6-15,7 kWh\/m3 f\u00f6r H-gas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Svavelv\u00e4tehalt: Halten av svavelv\u00e4te (H2S) m\u00e5ste minskas till 5 mg\/m3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relativ densitet: Gasdensiteten m\u00e5ste vara mellan 0,55-0,75 kg\/m3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Teoretiskt sett kan varje biogasanl\u00e4ggning mata in sin biometan som produceras fr\u00e5n biogas i naturgasn\u00e4tet. I praktiken m\u00e5ste byggandet av inmatningsanl\u00e4ggningen och r\u00f6rledningarna till gasn\u00e4tet kontrolleras av respektive n\u00e4toperat\u00f6r. Eftersom kostnaderna f\u00f6r byggandet av inmatningsanl\u00e4ggningar och r\u00f6rledningar m\u00e5ste b\u00e4ras av de s\u00e5lda gasvolymerna, \u00e4r inmatningen vanligtvis bara meningsfull f\u00f6r dem som ligger n\u00e4ra naturgasn\u00e4tet. F\u00f6r inmatning av biometan i naturgasn\u00e4tet och dess anv\u00e4ndning som br\u00e4nsle definierar riktlinjer enligt DVGW samt DIN motsvarande nyckeltal. Innan biometan kan matas in i naturgasn\u00e4tet m\u00e5ste det d\u00e4rf\u00f6r bringas till den naturgaskvalitet som kr\u00e4vs p\u00e5 respektive plats. Workshop_THG_Bilanzierung_V.0.1.12.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-wofur-genau-kann-biomethan-nun-verwendet-werden\"><strong>Vad exakt kan biometan anv\u00e4ndas till?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Som beskrevs inledningsvis kan biometan anv\u00e4ndas f\u00f6r transporter. \u00c4ven om fordonsv\u00e4rlden blir mer eldriven: Naturgas eller CNG \u00e4r och f\u00f6rblir ett mer milj\u00f6v\u00e4nligt alternativ till bensin och diesel. Valet av fordonsmodeller \u00e4r dock begr\u00e4nsat (nya bilar med CNG\/naturgasutrustning \"fr\u00e5n fabrik\": Audi, Fiat, Seat, Skoda, VW) och n\u00e4tverket av tankstationer kan byggas ut (bild 4). Naturgas \u00e4r liksom r\u00e5olja och kol ett br\u00e4nnbart organiskt r\u00e5material. Den best\u00e5r av ca 85% metan. Komprimerad naturgas (CNG) och flytande naturgas (LNG) finns tillg\u00e4ngliga. Den senare kondenseras vid minus 164 grader Celsius och anv\u00e4nds endast i kommersiella fordon. Det vanligaste br\u00e4nslet f\u00f6r personbilar \u00e4r gasformig CNG. Biogas anv\u00e4nds ocks\u00e5 i allt st\u00f6rre utstr\u00e4ckning p\u00e5 tankstationer. Den lagras i fordonet i tankar med ett arbetstryck p\u00e5 200 bar. I Tyskland finns det cirka 820 tankstationer d\u00e4r CNG finns tillg\u00e4ngligt. Biogas \u00e4r en s\u00e4rskilt milj\u00f6v\u00e4nlig variant. Genom att \u00f6ka metanhalten kan man f\u00e5 upp den till samma kvalitetsniv\u00e5 som naturgas. S\u00e5dan biometan \u00e4r l\u00e4mplig utan begr\u00e4nsningar som br\u00e4nsle f\u00f6r naturgasfordon.
