The expected annual salary for this role is between EUR 30,000 and EUR 40,000. The final compensation will be based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ✅

Cybersecurity & Infrastructure

• Monitor and strengthen our cybersecurity posture across cloud infrastructure and applications
• Assess risks, manage vulnerabilities, and support incident response
• Plan and conduct penetration tests; coordinate external security audits

Data Governance & Microsoft Purview

• Set up and develop Microsoft Purview
• Structure our data landscape and define data governance guidelines

AI & Automation in the Company

• Strategically introduce and develop AI tools across the company
• Build AI agents and automation solutions
• Advise teams on the efficient use of AI

Information security & ISO

• Responsibility for ISO topics (e.g., ISO 27001 / 9001)
• Maintain documentation and support audit preparation

YOUR PROFILE 📌

• Knowledge of information security, compliance, or ISO standards
• Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security monitoring
• Experience with Microsoft Purview or data governance systems
• Understanding of AI tools, automation, or agent systems
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Structured approach to work and enjoyment of building systems and processes

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German compliance requirements
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft/Azure)
