At agriportance, our Afdeling Operaties covers Finance, HR and Backoffice functions.

agriportance GmbH is a software company specializing in sustainability certification and the marketing of biomethane and LCO2 in Germany and across Europe. With around 35 employees, we are helping to meet the challenges of the European market and offer a sustainable energy economy.

The expected annual salary for this role is between EUR 35,000 and EUR 40,000. The final compensation will be based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

Finance

  • Support controlling activities, including the preparation of financial analyses and reports (e.g. using Excel) to support management decision-making
  • Track relevant financial KPIs
  • Manage incoming and outgoing invoices

Backoffice

  • Continuously optimize internal processes and documentation with a focus on scalability and efficiency
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as adapting contract templates
  • Support and coordinate internal ISO certifications
  • Organize business travel and related administrative processes
  • Support the introduction and roll-out of new internal tools and systems

HR

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new team members
  • Support recruiting processes
  • Support initiatives related to company culture
  • Assist with employee evaluations and performance-related processes

UW PROFIEL 📌

  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience across finance, HR, and back-office operations
  • Previous experience in international and fast-growing companies, ideally in a remote or distributed setup
  • Strong analytical skills, including the tracking of KPIs
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Experience using digital tools and AI-based solutions (e.g. ChatGPT) in daily operational work
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of self-management, prioritization, and reliability

Leuk om te hebben

  • Basic knowledge of German regulations related to invoicing and contracts
  • Experience with ISO certifications, in particular ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
