YOUR TASKS

  • Finance-related tasks: support with month-end closing, managing incoming and outgoing invoices, dunning processes and updating and creating Excel evaluations
  • Independent project work, e.g. in preparation for ISO certification
  • Organization of internal and external events
  • Introduction and management of applications and licenses
  • Optimization and documentation of internal processes
  • Contact person for internal teams and external partners
  • General administrative tasks (e.g. contract templates, vehicle fleet, mail processing)

YOUR PROFILE 📌

  • Successfully completed training or studies in the field of economics, business administration or a comparable commercial discipline
  • Professional experience in office or office management
  • Very good organizational skills, demonstrated by excellent self-management and the ability to prioritize
  • Structured, reliable and independent way of working
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and experience in the use of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)
  • Very good written and spoken German and good English skills

BEAUTIFUL WOULD BE

  • Knowledge in the field of accounting (booking is not part of your area of responsibility, as we have outsourced this process)
  • Sound knowledge of Excel
  • First experience in a startup

The salary range for this position is between €35,000 and €40,000.
