Customer Success Manager:in (m/f/d) in the field of renewable energies
agriportance GmbH is a young, innovative and sustainable company and the service platform for biomethane/bio-LNG in the fuel sector. We accompany the necessary sustainability certification and broker biomethane from agricultural companies and buyers from the energy sector.
Within our customer base, the number of new systems is currently rising to 2-5 pieces per month. This course of growth enables us to agriportance From startup to scaleup to develop. This means that we will grow to over 20 full-time employees in the coming year. The only thing missing now is You!

- You are responsible for customer support
- You present the product portfolio to the customers and develop customer-specific offer strategies.
- You are the interface between our customers and our sales, marketing and product teams
- You familiarize the customers with our solutions during onboarding
- You build up the customer relationship and accompany the implementation of our products
- You increase the satisfaction of our customers and arouse their interest in further products.
- You are an active stakeholder in the sprint reviews of the development teams
- You have successfully completed a scientific or technical degree such as biology, agricultural sciences, food sciences or an apprenticeship - career changers are also welcome
- You have experience as a Customer Success Manager:in or are willing to learn this with us
- You have an interest in the topics of sustainability certification and renewable energy sources
- Experience in the field of sales
- Additional language skills especially Spanish, Portuguese, French or Polish
- Experience with project management software such as Jira
- Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot
